Technical Parameters:
We specialize in producing sheeting material of various thickness levels ranging from 0.1mm to 0.5mm, widths available at 1260mm and 1400mm, and length between 100m to 400m per roll. We offer a wide selection of designs such as wood grain, solid color, marble, brick, and more. Surface treatment including matt, super matt, embossed, high gloss, and soft touch can be achieved. Applications:
There are five different ways of laminating materials for different applications, each of which has its own range of specifications.
First, for membrane pressing (vacuum pressing), the thickness nominated is 0.20-0.50mm width 1260mm-1400mm, and the length of roll is 100-300m. It is used for covering MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc and is designed for use with doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and furniture.
Second, for wrapping profiles, the thickness is 0.12-0.18mm; width from 40mm to 1260mm; roll length being 300-800m. It is used for covering wood, aluminum and PVC profiles, becoming door frames, window sills, base channels and PVC ceilings.
Third, cold laminating is available from 0.12mm-0.20mm in width 1240-1260mm, and roll length of 300-500m. It is used for covering flat panels, such as wood, steel, aluminum and PVC for use with doors and furniture.
Fourth, hot laminating offers thickness from 0.16-0.30mm with a width of 1260mm and roll length of 200-300m. It is mainly used on PVC panel, steel panel and aluminum panel for doors or skirting.
Finally, self-adhesive laminating implies that thickness is 0.10-0.20mm; width of 600mm/1220mm; and its roll length is 5-50m. It is designed for furniture and indoor decorations, and can be fixated onto any smooth surface.
